Diet SlimCarisma belongs to the family of dissociated diets.

The difference from most diets is that SlimCarisma has a variable duration so that everyone will keep this diet according to their personal needs or preferences.

The SlimCarisma diet is so designed that you lose weight healthily, without starvation or depriving yourself of certain foods, helping you not only to lose weight, but also to change your metabolism while respecting its basic rules.

Diet SlimCarisma is part of the family of dissociated diets.

 

The difference from most diets is that SlimCarisma has a variable duration so that everyone will keep this diet according to their personal needs or preferences.

 

The minimum duration indicated is 28 days or 4 weeks, and the maximum of 84 days or 12 weeks.

Initially when you decide to start your diet, SlimCarisma has a standard duration of 28 days but it can be changed anytime.

 

The SlimCarisma diet is so thought that you lose weight healthily, without inflating or depriving yourself of certain foods, helping not only to weaken, but also to change your metabolism while respecting the basic rules.

Because it is a dissociated diet, the four main food groups are covered, which will be repeated every 4 days, thus allowing for easier and more efficient digestion.

These are: PROTEINS, STARCHES, CARBOHYDRATES AND VITAMINS.

It is very important to respect the order of the day for maximum efficiency.

 

Breakfast must contain fruit or vegetables every day to which you can add dried fruit, seeds, tea or unsweetened coffee, and must be respected regardless of the day you are on (proteins, starches, carbohydrates or vitamins).

Breakfast can be taken several times in the interval (04:00 - 11:59 AM), but you must respect a minimum meal break of at least 2 hours.

Lunch in the hours between 12:00 and 14:00 and dinner from 18:00 to 20:00.

Very important, only half the amount of food at lunch is consumed at dinner.

After 20:00, it is advisable not to consume any food until the next morning.

 

There is a list of neutral vegetables that can be eaten at any time along with the main group of the day. This list can be accessed from the application and is in the main menu on the left side of the screen after you start the diet.

An important aspect to remember is that alcohol slows down the weight loss process.

Carbonated juices are forbidden.

Do not forget to consume at least 1.5 l of water every day.
